My therapeutic approach includes a strengths-based, solution-
focused model that puts the individual and family first.  I use
a personal, down-to-earth style filled with respect, honesty,
sensitivity and humor.  I feel strongly that by sharing in
one's story and helping him or her to find ways to seek support from others and to take care of one's self - individuals can find the
road to healthy behaviors and lifestyles.  By looking at how one views themselves, their relationships and their world, we can find ways to a healthy future.
