As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in addition to private pay, I am able to
accept most major insurance programs including:

    Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS)

    Managed Health Network (MHN)

 If I am not a provider on your insurance panel, often times insurance
companies will allow you to see me through an 'Out of Network' coverage
plan.  Please talk to your insurance provider for more information. 

In addition to private pay and insurance, I am also on several Employee Assistance Program (EAP) boards.  Please ask your human resource
personnel for more information.

Pay schedule for therapy includes:
    Individual and/or Family Therapy:$85 per 45-50 minute session
    Group therapy: $30 per 80 minute session

Payment is due at each session unless other arrangements have been agreed upon prior to session.
